My fave Holiday card

Hello there!

I'm here to show you my latest Holiday card. This is my most fave, and I presented it, of course, to my Mom. I got a huge wave of inspiration from Debby Hughes and her amazing grey door card and decided to make my own using Agiart Wreath dies I drew for them.

Here are two sets I designed for Agiart:

Holy wreath  and Wreath with branches

I really love them and happy about the way they look just like in my sketchbook.

I die cut Wreath with branches out of dark brown cardstock, leafy branched out of light blue and Holy wreath out of light green, dark green and dark blue. This color combo is perfect for me.

For the door, I cut a rectangle slightly smaller than my card base and run it through my die cutting machine with a woodgrain embossing folder from Sizzix. Then using stitched rectangle die formed a door. The sentiment here means Congratulations.

New Year's card

Hello there,

I have several more holiday-themed cards to show you and then I'm done, I promise :) My holidays were very rich with events or calm and cozy that I didn't even want to check my social media at all or post anything, that's why I have a pile of cards to show after holidays.

For this card, I used adorable image by Mo's digital pencil called Fruitcake. Colored with Chameleon pens and pencils.

For the background I used Sizzix Paper Snowflakes dies: die cut several snowflakes, adhered them directly to the panel and sponged with Juniper Mist Catherine Pooler ink, Cracked Pistachio and Brocken China Distress Oxide inks. Right on top of all adhered die cuts. Really like the result. 

That silver mirror holy wreath is a die cut I designed specially for Agiart - Holy wreath.

A sentiment in a speech bubble is a sticker and it says Happy New Year.

Katie and Bear Holiday card

Hello there dear friends,

Hope your Christmas was wonderful, ours will be on January 7th and it's more of a church holiday but Dec 31st is a New Year holiday that means more for us, it's a traditional family holiday, we celebrate and love it like our European and American friends do their Christmas. So I have several more days to create holiday cards. 

Look at the image, it's Katie and Bear digital stamp by Mo's digital pencil and I aaaaabsolutely in love with it. 

• I masked off the moon area first.
• Sponged the background with Seedless Preserves Distress ink and Juniper Mist Catherine Pooler ink.
• Die cut snow drifts with border dies.
• Colored the image with Chameleon pens and pencils.
• Added a sentiment which means The holiday with the smell of magic.
• Adhered the drifts directly to the background and popped up the hanging off images with some foam tape.
• The final touch was to add falling snow with white gouache and Sheer Shimmer craft spray Sparkle by Imagine.

Holiday cards, day 10 |Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Hello there again crafty friends,

Here's the last 10th Holiday card using Crackerbox&Suzy stamps and I'm so happy to finish this Holiday card series right before Christmas. Merry Christmas Eve, dear friends!

I used:

Snowman Melting stamp by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Silver Glitter paste by Bo Bunny 

What to do:

• Using TCW 251s Mini Reversed Branches stencil and Silver glitter paste create your background onto purple cardstock.
• Darken up the top part of the panel with Black ink once the paste is dry.
• Color the snowman with Chameleon pens ( or any you like).
• Die cut a snowy hill out of glitter fun foam and adhere the snowman to it. 
• Add a die cut heart and alpha stickers building a sentiment.
• Draw falling snow with a white gel pen.

Holiday cards, day 9 |Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Hello dear friends,
Today I will share with you the rest of my Christmas cards using Crackerbox&Suzy stamps.

I used:

Christmas stocking stamp by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Stockings were Hung stamp by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

What to do:

• Die cut all the elements for your fireplace ( I used LeCrea' 3D dies Fireplace)
• Stamped the Stocking onto cardstock of different color and cut them out in paper piecing technique.
• For the background wallpaper cut a strip of patterned paper ( I used The Immortal Love by DCWV).
• Cut a slit in a top part of all the stockings to fill them in with puffy stickers.
• Embellish the top parts with white Flower Soft to imitate fur.

Hello there!

I'm back with another Holiday card using Crackerbox&Suzy stamps. This time I'd like to share with you another way of using Mittens stamp.

This card is pretty simple to make. I just die cut all the elements,e.g. coffee cup with Maya Road Coffee Bundle dies, stamped the images and colored with Chameleon pens. That's it!

Winter Time } card

Hello there!

This weekend was so cool and busy with wintertime fun like tobogganing and playing snowballs that I had no time to craft but some days ago I had a chance to make this pretty card using Create a Smile stamps Kangaroo freebie and finally, I can post it :) I'd like to take part in CAS stamps current challenge called Winter Time.

As I said I used CAS stamps freebie - Kangaroo, colored it with Chameleon pens and pencils.

I sponged the background with Salty Ocean and Chipped Sapphire Distress Inks. Using small flower stamps by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps - Spray set of 2 created kind of fireworks with white pigment ink. And die cut a snowdrift out of white glitter fun foam.

Holiday cards, day 7 | Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Hello there crafty friends,

I'm one day behind my own Holiday card series as life makes its own adjustments and I have to adapt. But now it's all ok and I'm ready to continue regular posting ( I hope 😄). Today is day 7 of the Holiday card series with Crackerbox&Suzy stamps. 

I used:

Christmas Lights stamps by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Peace stamp by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps (design by Terri Burson)

Ball of Yarn stamp by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

What to do:

• Die cut a square panel and a circle in it.
• Stamp the word Pece first, draw the strings around it with a pencil ( to be sure) and then trace with a black liner or marker.
• Stamp the ball of yarn on a separate piece of paper and color it in black, stamp with white pigment ink on top to reveal the threads.
• Stamp the lights o a separate piece of paper, color them in with Chameleon pens like me or any other mediums. Adhere them along the string and cover with Nuvo Morning Dew clear drops.

Holiday cards, day 6 | Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Hello there dear friends,

Day 6 card. I loved this Christmas tree stamp the first time I saw it and it took me some time to figure out how to use it at the best. So here's one of the ways -  for the window of the shaker card.

I used here:

Tree Stylish stamp by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Snowflake Trio stamp by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

What to do: 

• Using a heat-resistant acetate heat emboss all the images.
• Create a shaker element using foam tape and flat sequins as I used 1 layer of foam tape.
• Print out a sentiment and distress it with Antique Linen Distress ink.

What to do:

• Stamp the Sweater and color it in with Chameleon pens ( or any other medium);
• Die cut any small shapes to embellish the sweater;
• Create a cluster with poinsettia flowers and foliage;
• Add the sentiment and glitter drops to decorate the flowers and the reindeer.

Hello there!

Today's day 4 of the Holiday card series with Crackerbox&Suzy stamps.

I used here: 

Cottage&Trees stamps by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

From Our House stamp by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

What to do:

• Create a panel with a circle;
• Adhere a piece of acetate to its back as you usually make a shaker card;
• Stamp an image onto a separate piece of paper with Antique Linen Distress Ink and color it in with Chameleon pens (or any other medium you may have);
• Stamp the sentiment right below the cottage with Coffee Archival ink;
• Adhere the cottage directly to the acetate;
• Take a piece of purple cardstock and sponge its top with Chipped Sapphire Distress ink and sprinkle with white gouache to make a blizzard;
• Add one layer of foam tape, add shaker elements and adhere the purple panel on top.

I used:

Glitter Nuvo Drops White Blizzard

What to do:]

• Adhere a wide strip of red glitter specialty paper to the card base.
• Stamp the Candy Cane in Antique Linen Distress ink and color it in no line technique with Chameleon pens ( or any other medium).
• Stamp the wood slice onto a kraft cardstock with Coffee Archival ink and sponge with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink on top.
• Stamp the sentiment onto a wood slice with Jet Black Archival ink and outline with a white gel pen ( mine is Jelly Roll Sakura).
• Heat emboss the bow in gold and color it in with Chameleon pens. 
• Die cut branches and such to embellish the card.
• Add some glitter drops here and there.

Добрые открытки для доброго дела

Всем привет!

Сегодня пост на русском языке, потому что он особенный. Мы с блогом Мемуарис участвуем в благотворительном проекте Добрые открытки. Открытки, сделанные своими руками, отправляются в дом престарелых или приют для людей с ограниченными возможностями. Тяжело мне дается даже просто писать этот пост, потому что отношусь к таким проектам с особым трепетом и комом в горле. Оставлю все грустные мысли при себе и просто расскажу, как было бы здорово, если бы каждый уделил немного времени таким вещам и сделал пару открыток, чтобы поздравить одиноких людей с чудесным волшебным праздником. А еще обязательно позвоните своим родным, чтобы они тоже не скучали!

У меня получилась вот такая открытка, к ней будут прилагаться еще несколько. 

Фон сделала из красной глиттерной пасты Bo Bunny Ruby Red через свой трафарет. Был у меня период в творчестве, когда я делала себе трафареты вручную с помощью макетного ножа) отличное, скажу вам, было время, до сих пор ими пользуюсь)

Игрушки вырезала из бумаги Магия Творчества "Уютный вечер". Ветки - Таежная сосна и фраза - ножи Agiart.
