Crackerbox&Suzy stamps Release #3

Hello there, crafty friends!
Today we have a blog hop dedicated to the latest Crackerbox&Suzy stamps Release #3. It's fun and full of cool sentiments!

I used:
Label Witch's Brew

This card was a bit time consuming to make:

  • Stamp the images onto a patterned paper with Embossing ink and heat emboss them with white embossing powder:
  • Cut out the inner parts of the bottles leaving small thin borders;
  • Stamp the tops of the bottles on a cork patterned paper and cut them out then adhere on top in paper piecing technique;
  • Create shakers with these bottles. It's a bit hard but I like the result.
  • Fill in the shaker areas with smth Magic-themed. For the central bottle, I drew eyes and fill it in with them.
  • Stamped the labels onto beige patterned paper o make them look like worn.

Here is the entire chain of participants:

National Coffee Day

Hello there, dear crafty friends!
Today is National Coffee Day and I'm glad to show my card dedicated to this day :) I'm a coffee lover without any doubts. But I'm not that zombie type of coffee lovers who can't live without it. I'm that lover who prefers sipping flavored coffee ( mmm vanilla syrup ) somewhere in the park or in a pizza cafe creating that sort of cozy atmosphere, especially in autumn, cz it's my fave season. So this card is all about it.
To create this autumn feel I used Crackerbox&Suzy stamps:

Colored the images with Chameleon pens to make them vibrant.
Inked the blue panel with Salty Ocean Distress Oxide ink and sprinkled with water.
Die cut the Coffee Bundle elements by Maya Road and assembled the card.
The final touches were to add clear Nuvo drops in Morning Dew color.

Great things take time | Autumn card

Hello there, friends!
So glad to be here and share with you my autumn card using Crackerbox&Suzy stamps.

 Crackerbox&Suzy stamps:

Some steps to follow:
  • I stamped the wood slice onto a kraft cardstock with Coffee Archival ink.
  • Stamped the leavrs with different shades of Distress Oxide inks. They mix very well together making impressions in the rock-n-roll technique. But they fade abit and look a bit milky.
  • Made clusters with all the elements and added a sticker sentiment which I had colored in greyish- brown to match creamy panel.

Halloween release #2 BlOG HOP| Crackerbox & Suzy stamps

Hello there, dear friends!
Today's a blog hop to celebrate a new Halloween release. It's full of very different images, so I think, everyone will find smth for oneself.

You know, I like the vibrant contrasting cards with lots of details. This card is not an exception :) There's smth mysterious in Halloween card and truly love making them. For this particular card I used:

Steps to make this card:
  • Stamp the Cauldron with any grey ink to be not too dark.
  • Mask the Cauldron off. I used regular printer paper and a glue pen.
  • Sponge the background with Broken China, Salty Ocean Distress Oxide ink, add "Juniper Mist"  inking by Catherine Pooler and darken up the edges with Black Soot Distress Oxide ink.
  • Color the Cauldron with markers and pencils you like, I did with Chameleon pens and pencils.
  • Stamp the sentiment and the bats.
  • Ink the edges of the card base with Jet Black Archival ink, let it dry for some minutes and place the panel on top using double-sided tape.

Middle finger for you | Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Hello there!
The too provocative headline? Perhaps)) Please blame Crackerbox&Suzy stamps snarky category ))
Several more days left for our August special offer - 20% discount on a Western category ( till the end of the month) and I'd like a take a chance and make another western-themed card with some hidden message ))

I had a circle left after a previous card ( you can check HERE) and couldn't just throw it away ... cz I just couldn't )))
So here's a list of stamps I used:

The steps were pretty easy but I really liked the result:
  • Stamp the Old Town in Jet Black Archival ink, color the top and bottom with corresponding colors of Zig brush pens blending with a wet brush leaving no harsh lines.
  • Stamp the cacti with Memento ink and color them in with alcohol markers. I found them more vibrant, you can use whatever you have on hand.
  • Stamp the sentiment masking off the word MORE using any black ink, I used the same Jet Black, then for the word MORE I used SSS Green Apple ink.
  • Place the panel with foam tape and slip cacti in here and there.

Wild Wild West with Crackerbox & Suzy stamps

Hello there dear friends,
I'm here with a Western-themed card using Crackerbox&Suzy stamps.

I always wanted to make a continuous landscape card made on different layers. So here it is.
Instructions:
  1. I stamped the Old Town image onto a card base.
  2. Using a pencil I marked the same position of the stamp but for the panel which was slightly smaller than a card base.
  3. Die cut a circle out of the panel.
  4. Colored the background with Zig brush pens and a white gel pen without water.
  5. Popped up the panel with foam tape and layered with the base to make a continuous landscape.
  6. Stamped the Cactus Smooth image, colored with Chameleon pens.
  7. Added a sentiment sticker to complete the card.

New Release | Crackerbox & Suzy stamps

Hello there, dear friends!
I'm glad to announce that today we have a New Release at Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps and a Blog Hop to celebrate it. You've come here from Tracy McLennon.
I also had a contribution to this release. I will tell about it a bit later :) First comes the project.

This is a shaker card I made using Crackerbox & Suzy stamps:

Vine Wreath                                              Herb1                                    Leaves set 1

Instructions:
  • First, I stamped the wreath image in Coffee Archival ink, then leaves on top in a way I liked the most using Hero Arts ink in Green Hills and Fields Greens.
  • Drew some dots here and there with a glue pen. Let them dry - they would be anyway sticky and using Transfer Foil overgilded those sticky dots.
  • Fussy cut the entire wreath with scissors, added a piece of acetate and two layers of foam tape to create a shaker element. Filled it in with beads, sequins, glitter.
  • Finished the card by adding a die-cut sentiment in Russian which meant Congratulations.

Your next stop will be --- Vicky Briggs
You can find the entire list of Blog Hop participants at Crackerbox&Suzy stamps blog.

To celebrate the New Release, Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps is giving away a $50 dollar gift card to be used at their store with products from this new release plus free shipping to one lucky winner. Winner will be chosen randomly from the comments left on participating blogs, so make sure to visit each stop and leave a comment. Leave comments by 11:59 pm MST 08-04-2019 on all participating blogs including Crackerbox&Suzy stamps blog. Winner will be announced on Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps blog on 08-11-2019.

Also during this weekend, 08-01-2019 to 08-04-2019 Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps will be offering FREE SHIPPING for all national orders of $20 dollars or more and $30 dollars or more for international orders.

As for my contribution to this release -  here are the stamps I designed for Crackerbox & Suzy stamps:

Look at these teeny-tiny lines, they are all hand-drawn ( even on a Knit Hat stamp, every single line)

Morning Glory |Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Hello there crafty friends,
Do you like kraft cardstock? I think it looks so natural, so warm. And I also like the way colored pencils cover it with a bit muted tints. Very soft!

Here I used Morning Glory stamp set by Crackerbox&Suzy stamps. It's my most favorite one I've ever created for the brand.

I stamped the flowers with clear embossing ink using masks to create a cluster. I also used die cut letter as masks. After heat embossing with white powder, I colored the images with Chameleon pencils and outlined the word Hello with a white gel pen.
For the sentiment, I used Clipping Stickers by Tim Holtz.

Work of Art | Crackerbox&Suzy stamps

Hello there crafty friends,
Today I'm here with a piece of great news. Today is our Vicky Briggs's ( the owner of Crackerbox&Suzy stamps) birthday!! YAY! And I made my card thinking of her.

I stamped the tree with black ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. Colored with alcohol markers. Added white gel pen.

Sponged the card base with Broken China Distress Oxide ink to highlight the tree against it. Made a shaker element with pink Flower soft. Remember this material? :)) I looove it! It seems like some pink blossoms are falling from the tree. Very pretty in real life.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a lovely day!
